Make sure you run in reset mode after upgrading (required only once for each platform):

• rnv run ... -r

metro.config.js content should be upgraded from:

const { withRNV } = require('@rnv/engine-rn');

const defaultConfig = {};

module.exports = withRNV(defaultConfig);

to

const { withRNVMetro } = require('rnv');

const defaultConfig = {};

module.exports = withRNVMetro(defaultConfig);

this will ensure correct behaviour under different engines ie engine-rn-tvos and other platforms

babel.config.js content should be upgraded from:

    presets: ['...'],
    <EXTRAS>
}

to

const { withRNVBabel } = require('rnv');

module.exports = withRNVBabel({
    <EXTRAS>
});
